In a world where spec. racing is only referred to as racing , in a world where tyrants control legendary series with their iron grip, in a world where people have to watch race cars with decades old technology, there's still hope. And that hope is embodied in the FIA World Endurance Championship.
Probably the last, true R&D lab/racing spectacle, in the world. A place where incredible and heroic drivers, supported by talented engineers, dedicated mechanics and by some of the most advanced machines on the planet clash in a battle of epic proportions, all with one purpose: the honor of calling themselves champions.
Seriously, watch it. And tell other people to do it, too.

No driver drama, just pure engineering.

You know who I'm talking about.
And Jean Todt is doing a much better job at FIA, than Max Mosley did.

Nope, I'm talking about Bernie.
Global series need a global governing body, to make sure that everybody plays by the rules and to reshape those rules when it finds necessary. The ACCUS is a FIA member, so you can't argue that it's a yuropean business.
